Salsa Roja
This subtly smoky, warming and flavourful salsa is a super versatile Mexican sauce. Use as a spiced alternative to tomato sauce, for example, through pasta, shakshuka, meatballs, or on pizza. Use as a sauce for baking meat, fish, or veg, like chicken thighs or salmon. Drizzle over eggs or tacos, roasted aubergines or crispy potatoes.

Porcini Ragu
Inspired by Ixta's favourite childhood Tuscan dishes. This sauce has all the intensity of a meat ragù. A great replacement to a meat ragu, enjoy with pasta, gnocchi or layer in lasagne. Spread hot or cold on toast and top with crumbled cheese and a squeeze of lemon. Fry with eggs for breakfast topped with Parmesan and chilli oil

Cocoa Chilli Rub
This blend of Ancho chilli, cinnamon and cocoa is inspired by Mexican ‘mole’ – it’s deep, rich and subtly spicy. Use as a dry rub for meats or veg, whether slow roasting, such as brisket or sweet potatoes, or pan frying, like steak or mushrooms. Build flavour in stews, soups and chillis by adding a couple of teaspoons to the base with your onions. Great as a finishing spice – sprinkle a pinch on eggs, avocado, or even on hot chocolate!

Peanut Fudge Sauce
The ultimate dessert topping – maple syrup is perfectly balanced with an umami-kick of tamari. Use in a sundae, layering with ice-cream, whipped yoghurt and berries or roasted plums. Use in place of frosting or ganache for finishing cakes or brownies. Or simply use as a topping for your favourite ice cream or spread on toast.
