Bubala

The name Bubala comes from a Yiddish term of endearment, loosely translating as ‘darling’. What began as a series of sell-out pop-ups and supper clubs became Bubala’s first permanent restaurant in Spitalfields in 2019, followed by locations in Soho, King’s Cross and, most recently, Covent Garden. Their sharing dishes take inspiration from across the Middle East and beyond, putting vegetables centre stage with big flavours and bold spices.
